How do I enter?
Create an account with your real name and phone number, pick your ticket numbers on a draw page and pay online in Chapa’s secure checkout. Your tickets are confirmed automatically once the payment succeeds.
How is the winner chosen?
Live on TikTok. After entries close, the list of all confirmed tickets is frozen and a fingerprint (hash) of it is published. The winning ticket is then picked at random in front of the audience.
How will I know if I won?
You will be called on the phone number on your account, and the result is published on the Results page. Keep your phone number up to date.
When is my ticket confirmed?
Automatically, as soon as Chapa confirms your payment. Until then it shows as Pending verification.
Can I get a refund?
See the Cancellation and refund page. If a draw is cancelled, confirmed entries are refunded.
How do I get a free ticket?
Invite friends with your personal code (Dashboard → Invite friends). Every 3 friends who register with your code, pay for a ticket and enter a draw earn you 1 free ticket, added automatically. Use it on any open draw.
How do I contact support?
